William Balfour Should Have Been in Jail

It seems as though this entire situation for Jennifer Hudson and her family could have been avoided. Although not proven guilty in the murders of Jennifer’s brother, mother, and nephew…he still is the number one suspect.
Earlier this summer, Balfour was said to have violated his probation and instead of being held behind bars, he was allowed to remain on the streets. It’s reported that he was arrested for drug possession back in June while out on parole. Get this…it’s unclear why officials didn’t revoke his parole when this happened…because as we all know we have a bunch of fucking morons at the heads of these kind of things.
So why would he be the number one suspect aside from the relationship with the family and the whole SUV story? Among many things he was booked in jail for, attempted murder was one of them. Oh yeah and also–dumb dumb missed a parole meeting the time and day of the Hudson murders!
I should also point out that there are reports circulating that there was another person involved in all three murders.
The Chicago Tribune has released that investigators ”are trying to determine” if someone else drove Balfour (being the prime suspect) to the West Side, where the body of the young boy, Julian King, was found.
Witnesses claim they saw Balfour drive a teal Chrysler to the Hudsons’ block on Friday morning. That car was found about a mile away. The SUV where Julian’s body was discovered somehow ended up 13 miles away.
