This would have made a GREAT Melrose Place episode! Amanda Woodward being caught driving under the influence as Billy has to come bail her out of the jail cell…of course, whoever is dating Billy at the time becomes jealous and decides to burn down their apartment.  I could be a total TV script writer.  Aren’t you just on the edge of your seats?

So Heather Locklear has been charged with one count of driving under the influence…remember that hot mug shot from back in September when bitch was pulled over by the cops because she was driving a wee bit oddly?

Bitch is charged, BUT it’s not for what you think! The thing is Locklear wasn’t under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.  Is this the first in Hollywood? Hell, in history? Who the hell is charged with driving under the influence sans alcohol or narcotics? If my ass is getting arrested, I’m going out with a bang.  KIDDING! Don’t drink and drive, kiddies.  Just toke and go to Taco Bell. waaaaa.

She was apparently on some prescription medication that caused the blonde to drive erratically–maybe it’s the simple fact that’s she blonde.  Listen, I’m blonde and we all have those days.  This is the time to get away with that excuse! We haven’t been told what drug it was.  That’s when shit will get juicy!
