Here, everything looks blissful and at peace.  Unfortunately, in reality these two hoo-ha’s can’t get along and decided to divorce.  Kelly Rutherford (who currently plays Lily Bass on Gossip Girl) filed for divorce from her husband of two years, David Giersch, earlier this month.  The once couple has a two-year-old son and another crying bitch on the way.

Currently pregnant and files for divorce???? PRICELESS AND JUICY! According to reports, this divorce is bound for the ugly train.  Rutherford is seeking a court order which prevents Giersch from traveling outside the country with their son.  She claims he’ll leave and disappear with her kid for ev aaaa.

So now Giersch is being painted as the loser, but he claims that Rutherford is no angel. She once–get this–flew into such a rage that she threw a laptop at him and even threatened to punch him in the facec! This is better than that Naomi Campbell shit! Bitch better start following suit because Rutherford has her ass beaten in the anger department.

Giersch is seeking full custody of the kid, stating that with Rutherford’s busy, hectic, chaotic bi-coastal schedule of filming, primping, and shopping, he was always the one watching out for their little Hermes.  That’s the kid’s name.   A letter away from herpes.

The judge denied Rutherford’s requests and a January 21st court date has been set to further discuss details.  This kid is fucccccked.  Where’s Chuck Bass to spice this up even more when you need him?
