Yeah, she better enjoy that cupcake.  I’m sure that’s the last sweet thing she’s encountered since this messy divorce shit has hit the fan.  Now that I look at this picture…Kelly Rutherford’s soon-to-be ex-husband, David Giersch, totally has a case of the gay face, legs, and clothes.

Anyway, the matter at hand here has to do with their two-year-old kid.  Kelly and David are both fighting for custody.  Giersch opened his mouf through his lawyer and said:

“Ultimately I want both of my children to have a stable environment.”

Giersch goes on to claim that Rutherford’s Gossip Girl job makes life unsuitable for the children:

“Often times the TV show calls pressuring [her] to leave the hotels, asking her where she is, telling her that she is late and asking her to get into the van [which takes her to the set immediately]. Usually [her] stress causes Hermes to start crying which then causes [her] to be frustrated toward him. I do not believe this is a healthy lifestyle for him.”

Yowzas.  That one’s gonna hurt the bitch.  He also goes on to dish that he’s upset the actress has chosen her career over her family life: 

“(Rutherford) has insisted to sign a new ongoing contract for her television show when, in fact, it would be in our children’s best interest if they are able to grow and thrive in a stable home in Los Angeles, rather than a hotel in New York with their mother absent.”

Don’t these fucking people over at GG know that this bitch is currently pregnant? Why would they sign her on if they didn’t think she could handle a job while she’s chasing around a 2-year-old and knocked up with Giersch spermies? By the way, is she the money maker in this relationship? Giersch needs to take the long dildo out of his ass and slap himself with it.  Watch the fucking kids or hire help when your woman has to work.  Or maybe this bitch should have waited to have kids if she’s putting her career first.  Who the fuck knows.
