God, I love Kelly Rutherford and David Giersch for the sole reason of divorce.  It’s been nothing but entertaining watching these two beat each other into the ground with unkind words and baby issues.  And it just keeps on getting better and better.  They’re like a fine wine in a way.  

Last time I talked about these two clowns, Giersch was deeming Rutherford an unfit mother who constantly worked and never took care of their kid.  Now Rutherford claims Giersch is “ominous, violent and bad”news for their son.  Stingaaaa!! She says all of this and more in the legal papers she filed…a judge will look over this crap today. 

Rutherford goes on to defend herself as the most fit parent.  Anything you can do I can doo bettttaaah! She also alleges that Giersch is an abus-ah! He apparently has gotten into heated arguments with her and one time even came at her! And by came I know she means he got his man-juice stuck in her eye and she’s still seeking revenge on that.  She claims things got so bad that the cops were even called twice and Giersch was forced to leave.  Kelly also feels intimidated by him because he’s a boxer and a kickboxer.  What is this guy? Fucking Miyagi reincarnated?

Anyway this child is fucked because these two fucktards are playing a game of cat and mouse and the kid is serving as the middle point.  Where’s Rufus when Lily needs a hug…or a nice fuck to loosen a broad up?
