Right after my baby girl Amy Winehouse, I have a strange fascination with Michael Jackson.  I’m not sure if it’s strictly my hobby keeping track of his nose jobs or what have you, but it exists and I’m admitting it.

Unfortch for MJ he’s got another lawsuit on his hands.  This time coming from John Landis, who directed MJ’s Thriller music video.  He’s suing Jackson for 50% of the profits owed to him over the past four years.  Does Landis know that Jackson’s fortune is depleted? As in, it no longer exists? Why waiting over 25 years to seek payment?

Back in 1982, Landi’s peeps signed a contract with Jackson’s ho’s.  The contract stated Landis would receive 50% of the profits earned from the video, which includes Broadway adaptations.  It’s been rumored that a Thriller musical is in the works.

Landis says that Jackson - or whoever is running his troubled finances - has failed to:

“provide any accounting of the Thriller profits for the past four years ‘and earlier’, and failing to pay Landis his 50 percent cut of the net proceeds.”

Is anyone even in charge of Jackson’s crumbling kingdom? Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if they put the nearest all boys church choir in charge.  Apparently the person in charge is a “mysterious Los Angeles physician” named Tohme Tohme.  What the? First of all hot name.  Second of all it’s official.  I’m moving to LA, finding MJ, and telling him I’m the person for the job.  It seems he’d hire any piece to do it, so I figure I have a fighting chance.  Unfortunately, my sexual advances probably wouldn’t work considering I have a vagina, but a girl can dream and demean herself for some cash!
