Chris Brown May Get Off Easy

Of course Chris Brown is going to walk away from this without a boing in the butthole and with his fist face favorite Rihanna on his arm. Sources claim that he would cop a plea, but only to a misdemeanor and with no jail time.

According to TMZ, Brown’s peeps consulted with outside legal heads (even including law school professors) “who have said Rihanna’s own aggressiveness takes it out of the felony category. Sources say Rihanna was the first one to strike — slapping and striking Brown “numerous times” while he was driving, after seeing the text message from another woman. And Rihanna was fighting Brown as he punched and hurt her. We’re told much of this is reflected in the official police report based on what Rihanna told cops. As a result, they say, this is not a case that demands a felony plea.”

On the contrary, there are a mil cases in which the woman engages the male in a fight, but the jury sees it as an unfair fight and that the man could have walked away. Photographic evidence of Rihanna’s face–the most graphic of which have not been released to the public–showcase Brown’s strength compared to that of Rihanna. And the fact that he did not have any injuries…it does present problems for him.

What’s worse is that Rihanna confided in the police stating that Brown had been continuously beating her prior to this with the violence escalating each time. And to add on t othis mess, according to the detective’s note, Brown sent a text to RiRi’s assistant apologizing for what he did to her and stated he was getting help. TMZ says, “That would be admissible in court and extremely damaging — as a legal admission.”

When will this shit be over? DON’T HIT A BITCH. Pay for what you did. Case SOLVED.
