I’d basically freak out about this if it was any bit surprising, but alas…it’s not.  Lindsay Lohan is wanted by the po-po.  It was rumored that an arrest warrant was issued by the Beverly Hills Police Department in connection with her 2007 DUI arrest.  Bitch is still on probation, but yet we see her boozin’ it at clubs and bars all over Los Angeles.  SMART.

Details of why the arrest was issued are unknown, but reports claim it’s due to a probation violation…aka failing a drug test.  We all know BIA is back on the coca-cola.  It was also reportedly issued for $50K.  Does she even have that anymore?

Well, Miss Lohan is denying that this is true and in a statement says:

“This warrant for my arrest is completely fabricated and its a horrendous lie. This will make me loose every single deal that I have right now. Its horrible.”

BUT guess what? Lindsay’s doing what she does best…LYING.  The Beverly Hills PD confirmed her arrest.  In a statement, they say:

“In response to media inquiries, [the] Beverly Hills Police Department is confirming a warrant was in fact issued for the arrest of Lindsay Lohan. The $50,000 warrant issued by the Beverly Hills Superior Court stems from a May 2007 arrest of Miss Lohan for DUI and hit-and-run. The circumstances leading to the issuance of the warrant by the court are not readily available at this time. It is our hope that Miss Lohan will surrender herself so that this matter will be resolved in a timely manner.”

Maybe she’ll stay in jail for good…that or they deport her ass so we never have to see her parading around town ever again.  Stupid BIA!
