Chris Brown Pleads “Not Guilty”

chris_brown_court_070409_2.jpg

So yesterday Chris Brown was set to answer charges that he severely kicked the fucking shit out of his then girlfriend, Rihanna, during an altercation in February.  While Chris showed up 30 minutes late to court and plead “not guilty,” Ri is said to be in Barbados, celebrating her grandparents’ 50th birthday and is looking to stay far away from the legal drama.

A source reveals about the case that:

“It’s expected to be resolved at some point soon. Rihanna wants it resolved as well.”

Sources claim that if Brown didn’t plead “Not Guilty” to the two felony counts against him, he’d have to instead ask to have the arraignment postponed, again.  Basically bitch is trying everything in his power to avoid getting Huggy Bear’s peen up his Hershey highway in the slammer.  The other problem surrounding this case? That dumbass Ri doesn’t want to cooperate.  The source adds:

“She has no interest in testifying.”

Brown’s lawyers are said to be hammering out a plea deal with the LA District Attorney’s office trying to avoid a court case at all costs.  Asked about a plea deal on Monday, Ri’s lawyer said:

“I believe there are efforts by all parties involved to resolve this case expeditiously. That would be beneficial to everyone. Rihanna would be pleased if this case were resolved quickly and fairly.”

The judge scheduled the next hearing for April 29th.  You have a couple of more weeks of freedom Chrissy lou! You know this bitch isn’t going to jail, they’re just going to go make him to talk to a bunch of abused women and make him feel “shameful” although hitting a woman in itself is shameful.  Why not just throw him in a cell for a day and have a bunch of people twice his size go slap happy on his face? Eye for an eye, bitch.
